Recruitmint

What they do

Recruitmint is an international search and recruitment partner for founder-led, growth-stage, and complex international organizations, running high-calibration search across Growth & Ecommerce, Product & Technology, Operations, Leadership, and Government Contracting. Its team draws on international executive search, full-cycle recruitment, and operating experience across the US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and South Africa. A dedicated Government Contracting track monitors newly awarded federal contracts for workforce signals, so search can start before a role formally opens.

How they work

1. Tell us about the role — we calibrate the mandate, the market, and what success actually requires, not just a job description.
2. We identify, engage, and qualify candidates against that calibration, drawing on international market reach across Western Europe, North America, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
3. You get a carefully calibrated shortlist, then structured assessment, interviews, offer, and close support depending on the engagement model.
4. For government contracting, we can start earlier: monitoring newly awarded contracts to identify likely workforce needs and activate search before hiring becomes a bottleneck.
